Assistant Skills Coach – High School Football
The High School Football Program is seeking an Assistant Skills Coach to support player development with a focus on position-specific skills, fundamentals, and technique. This coach will work closely with the head coach and staff to help build a competitive, disciplined, and positive team culture.
Responsibilities include:

Assisting with practices, drills, and skill development sessions

Teaching position-specific fundamentals and techniques

Supporting game preparation and in-game coaching as assigned

Reinforcing team values, discipline, and sportsmanship

Helping ensure player safety and proper equipment use

Communicating effectively with coaching staff and student-athletes
-
Following school, district, and athletic department policies
- Working with skill postions on the offensive and defensive side of the ball
- Other duties assigned by the Head Caoch
Qualifications:

Football coaching or playing experience preferred

Strong knowledge of football fundamentals and skill development

Ability to work effectively with high school student-athletes

Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Completion of required background checks
